Information we receive

When you submit the embedded enquiry form, the details you enter are sent to the OpsWise customer relationship management system at account.opswise.co.uk and recorded as a lead. The form is served from that system rather than stored by this website’s hosting platform.

Please do not submit pupil, staff, safeguarding, medical, credential or other sensitive operational details through the enquiry form.

We may also receive ordinary technical security logs needed to deliver and protect the website and form. These can include request time, browser type and network information.

How we use information

We use enquiry information to respond, prepare requested services, maintain business records and protect our systems. Our bases will normally be taking steps at your request, legitimate interests in responding and operating securely, or a legal obligation.

Sharing and retention

We use service providers where needed to host and maintain our website, CRM and communications, and may share information where law requires it. We retain enquiries only as long as needed for the relationship, legal duties and dispute management.

Your rights
