Call when a significant service is unavailable, several users or classrooms are affected, you suspect a cyber-security incident, or you cannot access email or the helpdesk.
For routine requests, please use email so the issue can be recorded, assigned and tracked.
Keep sensitive information secure. Never provide passwords or MFA codes. Avoid unnecessary pupil, staff, safeguarding or medical information. An engineer will explain a secure method if sensitive information is genuinely required.
