You may use this website for lawful information and enquiry purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or misuse the site or introduce malicious material.
Information, not a service contract
Website content is general information and does not replace a signed proposal, service agreement, data-processing agreement or school-specific professional advice. Service scope, hours, targets and pricing are agreed separately in writing.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep content accurate and the site available, but technology and guidance change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item is current for your circumstances. School Assurance members should use the latest dated member version when starting a new review.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Opswise Limited owns the site content and design. You may print or share links for internal evaluation, but may not republish substantial content as your own.
School Assurance member resources
Editable templates, maintained versions, member PDFs and change notes are licensed for internal use by the subscribing school, or by the trust scope expressly agreed with OpsWise. They must not be republished, resold, placed in a public resource area or redistributed to another organisation. Completed records may be retained by the licensed school as part of its evidence trail.
Access should use named authorised contacts. Login details must not be shared. Public OpsWise guides may be shared by link. Another school or a wider trust group requires its own membership or a separately agreed trust-wide scope. These website terms support, but do not replace, the applicable proposal, invoice, service agreement or licence terms.
